Jean Jam – A Day of Music and Healing

To our Readers:

One of our clients, Elizabeth Dellinger, is an extremely talented singer, songwriter, musician and producer. She has been a back-up singer for several well-known stars, including Beyonce. She recently contacted us to let us know about an upcoming benefit concert for her mother, and we thought we’d like to pass it on to all of you. Here is her message:

My mother, Jean Dellinger, faces her third round with a rare, aggressive cancer known as Leiomyosarcoma (LMS).  Her greatest happiness has always been giving to others and loving her family.  She embodies the truth that in giving of ourselves, we become our highest selves. The immense expense Jean incurs every 21 days when she travels to Boston’s Dana Farber Institute for experimental chemo treatments is not covered by insurance. Supporters of Jean have decided to have a concert/dinner to help raise money for her.  Life’s most trying moments can awaken tremendous strength; with hope, all things are possible!

I, along with many talented musicians & singers will perform a CHEESE FREE, eclectic variety of music (from vintage classics to modern classics) with a soulful, acoustic spin at:

JEAN JAM- a day of music & healing.

Fratelli’s restaurant of Southington and TOPS Supermarket will donate a comfort food buffet.  Please join us in celebrating a wonderful life and dance the summer into fall.

4:30-8pm at

Our Lady of Fatima Church Hall

382 Hope Hill Road

Wallingford, CT 06492

Tickets are $20 per person plus a bottle of wine for the table, if you are so inclined.”

Thank you for your indulgence. We hope to see you at the concert. For your enjoyment, here is the theme from her upcoming musical film, which she wrote, plays all the instruments, and sings. We hope her voice touches you as much as it has us:
