The Spanish Community of Wallingford (SCoW) is sponsoring their second annual holiday wine tasting this Thursday, November 15th, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Wallingford’s Villa Capri.

“Holiday Vinos” will feature both affordable and high end wines from several boutique wine makers, including Corison, Arietta, and El Molina, and will cover several varietals such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, and some exceptional white wines as well, and even some sparkling wines. Various vintage years will be showcased so the public can see just how the wine ages. There will also be limited quantities of a wine bottled especially for SCoW available.

Holiday Vinos, presented by the Spanish Community of WallingfordAdditionally, during the event the pubic can purchase tickets for a 50/50 cash raffle and valuable silent auction items will be available for bid. Attendees will also receive a complimentary commemorative wine glass.

The first event last year was well attended and a huge success, so please come out this year and learn about SCOW’s valuable services and enjoy some great wine, good conversation, and perhaps make some new friends!
