Christine has been a REALTOR® for over three years, after working for three years as a paralegal, fifteen years as a legal case auditor for Subway at their Milford headquarters, and as a warranty administrator/office assistant for Land Rover of Milford and Kia of Milford.
Christine recently moved to West Haven after living in Milford for 25 years. She is the mother of a 24 year old son, and has family in Arizona, Florida and North Carolina. She received an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University.
Christine will specialize in seller representation, rentals, and the over 55 community, and she will use her considerable talents to cover West Haven, New Haven, Orange, Milford, Stratford, Bridgeport, Naugatuck, Seymour, Derby, Ansonia, Shelton and East Haven. Dave has been in real estate for over two years, but the first year and a half was as a wholesale investor for Homevestors of America. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Dave was a law firm sales consultant for Thomas Reuters. Dave is a member in good standing of CTREIA (the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association).
After living in Meriden for 11 years, Dave and his family (wife Denise and children Praisely, Karah and Cal) moved to Middletown where they have resided for over 3 years.
