Holiday For Giving Drop Off Point at Harriman Real Estate

Harriman Real Estate LLC is happy to announce that our office will once again be a designated drop off location for Holiday For Giving, a local program run by volunteers that collects donations of food, new toys, personal care items, baby items, and more which are then distributed to those local families in need during the holidays.

Holiday for Giving

Many Ways to Help

Holiday for GivingBetween now and Saturday, December 9th, you’re invited to come into our office at 116 Center Street and drop off your donation of any of the following:

  • Make a monetary donation
  • Donate a new toy for children 1-7 years old, boy or girl
  • Donate non-perishable food items
  • Donate personal hygiene items
  • Donate Gift Cards (increments of $20 or less per card) from: East Center Market, Holiday Cinema (Wallingford), Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Shop Rite, Stop & Shop or Wal-Mart

With the items you donate, Holiday for Giving is expected to be able to help over 400 Wallingford families with food for the holidays; over 350 children (ages 1-7) with 2 new toys and a book to read; over 175 children (ages 8-12) with movie passes; over 20 newborn babies with a handmade blanket, a box of baby items and a new toy; and a packet of personal hygiene items for each family.

We have a drop box for any toys, food, etc that you may wish to donate. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM, but if you can’t make it during those times, feel free to call Wayne at 203-605-3873 to make other arrangements.
